Intensive Professional Culinary

Program

Our 6-month Intensive Professional Culinary Program provides comprehensive, hands-on training for students preparing to enter the culinary and hospitality industry. The first month features full-time classes where students build core skills in knife techniques, food safety, recipe execution, and kitchen operations. The following five months offer flexible sessions and real-world experience through MLVS catering events, giving students the chance to apply their skills in professional settings. Our curriculum covers essential culinary techniques, menu planning, kitchen management, and food presentation. Graduates leave with a versatile skill set that prepares them for roles in restaurants, catering companies, community kitchens, and other areas of the hospitality sector.

At Mission Language and Vocational School, we foster an inclusive, supportive environment where students can grow, gain confidence, and pursue meaningful career opportunities in the culinary arts.
